From the date of execution of this General Release and Authorization, the undersigned hereto does hereby grant, release and assign to Daytona, Dilligaf any and all claims of right whatsoever in and to all photographs or printed materials of the undersigned or by the undersigned and delivered to Daytona Dilligaf for the exclusive purpose of inclusion into Daytona DILLIGAF'S Internet Domain know as Daytona DILLIGAF.
From execution hereto, Daytona, Dilligaf shall exclusively and irrevocably own in perpetuity all right, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the digitized photographs and any digitized printed material of the undersigned except those rights expressly reserved by the undersigned. Daytona, Dilligafshall have the right to produce, distribute, exhibit, publicize and otherwise exploit any digitized photograph or printed material of the undersigned submitted by the undersigned toDaytona, Dilligaf throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media by any lawful methods or means now or hereafter known, including the right to fictionalize any and all digitized photographs and printed materials and portray them as Daytona, Dilligafmay elect.
