Sam Walker: Tour Manager
Cheap Whiskey fans know Sam well, they just don't all know what he
does! Merchandiser, roadie, assistant, the title doesn't make any difference,
he has been there! When Sam's brother started a band, little did he know that
he would soon be traveling all over the world. Sam really started roping goats
when JB went on tour with David Allan Coe in 1992 where David made him the asst.
road manager. Sam just gets along good with people and they respond to his laid
back demeanor. There isn't anything you can do behind the scenes that Sam
hasn't done and is still doing. He is always there for JB, the band, no matter
where or when they need him. His brother summed it up "It's great to have
someone you can trust no matter what! For me, that's Sam!"
He even gets up on stage once in a while and helps us jam especially
if there are a couple of Red Heads around!
